Description

WIP of my entry for this week's Temple of Cartoon Mojo challenge. Before I continue with my inking, I just want some feedback.

I got a suggestion to add the utility-type belts to his legs to which would hold the extra cartridges for his "web." I don't know about it though because Spider-Man is all like Mr. Tightsuitwithnoutilitybelt. Yea or Nay?

Also, should I jazz up the gloves? I don't know...

I like the basic concept of the design. I'd recommend putting the pinstripes on the pants, rather than the vest, however, and putting a web-like design on the vest. The pants as they are do need a bit of spicing up, just so they don't look so plain in comparison to the rest of the suit, but I'm with you on the whole Spidey-needs-a-slick-non-bulky/utility-belted costume. Add a utility belt and he becomes more Batman-like. I love the whole concept of a Steampunk Spiderman, though. Can't wait to see the finished version.
